These terms apply to communications with Consolidated Minerals LLC, including our text messaging program described in the SMS Terms below.
SMS Terms
Program
Consolidated Minerals Owner Messaging. Consolidated Minerals LLC sends one-to-one text messages from (304) 451-3146 to mineral and royalty owners about their own interests: answering questions, sending or confirming offers, requesting or sending documents and coordinating closings. We do not send marketing blasts.
Who receives texts
We text only people who have agreed to receive texts from us:
- Owners who text us first.
- Owners who tell us during a phone call that it's OK to text them.
- Owners who check the text-consent box on the form at consolidatedminerals.net.
Consent to receive texts is optional and is not a condition of any purchase or offer.
Phone consent script. Before we text an owner we have spoken with, we ask: “May we text you at this number about your property? Message frequency varies, message and data rates may apply, and you can reply STOP to opt out.” We text only if the owner says yes.
Confirmation message. “Consolidated Minerals: Thanks for agreeing to receive texts about your property. Msg frequency varies. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help, STOP to opt out.”
Frequency and cost
Message frequency varies based on your conversation with us. Message and data rates may apply.
Opt out and help
Reply STOP at any time to stop receiving texts. You will receive one confirmation message and no further texts unless you opt in again by replying START. Reply HELP for help, or call (304) 451-3146 or email info@consolidatedminerals.net.
Carriers
Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Privacy
We do not share or sell your mobile number or text messaging consent with third parties for marketing. See our Privacy Policy.
