Consolidated Minerals LLC ("Consolidated Minerals," "we," "us") buys oil and gas mineral and royalty interests. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it and the choices you have.

- Information you give us: your name, phone number, email address, mailing address and details about mineral or royalty interests you own, when you call, text, email or use the form on our website.
- Public records: ownership, deed, estate and tax records from county courthouses and other public sources, which we use to identify mineral owners and research title.
- Communications: records of calls, text messages and emails between you and us.
How we use information
- To contact you about your mineral or royalty interests, prepare offers and respond to your questions.
- To research title, prepare purchase documents and complete closings.
- To keep business records and meet legal obligations.
How we share information
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only as needed to complete a transaction you agree to (for example, with title examiners, attorneys, county recording offices or closing agents), with service providers that help us operate (such as our phone and email providers), or when required by law.
Text messaging
We do not sell or share your SMS opt-in data or personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted.
